FORD LTD II |

| The LTD II replaced the Torino and Elite car lines in 1977. The LTD was built on the same frame and had redesigned body lines that were more squared off. The LTD II was a good car, but in the climate of the late 1970's, it could not compete, and so after extremely poor sales in 1979 Ford dropped the LTD II, and ended the heritage Torino line altogether. In each respective LTD II page, there is information about codes, standard and optional equipment, car prices and pictures.
